yea.... best caliber for custom loads...a Pennslytuky long gun. 243 caliber. I custom load from 55Gr weight bullets to 115Gr bullets. use multiple brand powders,. No chrono, but the light weights are 8" higher at 200 yds versus higher weight bullets. load, shot, load shot, load shot over and over. Many variables, to get a load that's as accurate as shakey hands, arms are in field shooting. That's why i bi-pod my 243...and shoulder tight with military arm lay. Good luck!
