its been a while, but today I machined frame for slide. Height, width, and slide grooves. Took about hour 45 minutes, measuring and double checking before laying tooling to it. Alls to blueprint specs.

working on sear,disconnetor/safety inter-action. This is where fine, minor tuning is critical. disonnector is minor part, sear/trigger/safety is major. all is ok to a point, when in fire mode..hammer/sear don't disconnect don't interact quite right. Might need to get another safety lever.
Looked at blueprints for sear.. I need to work on the edge that engages hammer sear lugs. Theres a definite center pivot> OAL to contact point, and break angle(secondary angle) on sear edge to hammer face. need to get a oil stone for doing this with sear jig. TEDIOUS!!!!!- wilder11354

was having issues with wilson combat thumb safety... i might have not fitted properly?, got an Ed Browns SS safety..., big difference in quality of safety tooling..... CAREFULLY filled Brown safety... it fits great, engages, and no clearance issues in fire position, wilson safety was giving me...YEA!!!
Now i move on...ejector fitting(tension), adjust sear spring tension CAREFULLY to lighten trigger pull. Install barrel link and cycle test for barrel lockup... and other little MAJOR chit things!
