Glock Question!

Among a few guns I just got was a Glock 9X19 that has what I think is a fairly low serial# FP 280, is there any way that the #s tell the year made & does a low # like that add any value? The sites I went on all wanted me to join so I figured someone here may know. Hate to have to join a site that I don't have much interest in just to ask a question.
