I know boxing is not what it once was but just wondering if any of you are going to see the fight tonight. 2 of the best heavyweights to peak at the same time in a while. Wish I was, but Im not paying the price for home viewing and the closest bar showing it is 45 miles away, theater 100 miles. I have not picked a favorite as I like them both.

Its hard for me not to like either one of them. Both seem like decent people. Funny that Tyson Fury was born premateur weighing 1 pound, so his Dad named him Tyson after Mike Tyson as he looked like a fighter. Now he is 6'9" 273 pounds, so he wasnt stunted. lol

And since not many of you would know this, their 1st fight is online free to watch on youtube. Just put on there a few days ago to promote the 2nd fight. Here it is:

I’m getting the fight my boys want to watch it. $80 bucks is pricey. I had a buddy place me a $100 bet on Wilder to win. We shall see. So I’m in for close to two hundred bucks ouch lol. I’m no gambler by any means but I figured what the heck.

I thought of getting some friends together to watch it in my home theater but on events like this it would never stream very clear so passed. I would have loved to see it in a theater setting, my place or in a city but nothing close by. Enjoy the fight! Unsure if your $100 is safe or not, LOL

Im glad the fight had a decision. They really need to have a few of these big fights on free tv again to get people interested again. Save your money for the rematch!

Yes, everyone watched the fights back then. I sure didnt miss any of the fights growing up. Now I doubt 5% of the population knows who the champ is.

Todd, you can go double or nothing next time! Or better yet, just cut your losses. I hope you enjoyed the fight regardless. I only did pay per view once years ago. This was the only time I came close to doing it since.

Ha Ha! But if you had won you could have bought even more coal!

I'll have to check youtube for the match although Im betting they get taken down each time because of copyrights.

: shock: here you have Fury.

I assumed something similar, but by the second half of the battle, but not from the first round. True, when I saw his face in the first round, it became clear that Fury turned on Tyson.

The referee's expression is priceless. :D

Well, a long time later and they are fighting again tonight. I expect Fury to win but who knows. I'll wait to see it free tomorrow online somewhere. I still like them both so hard for me to cheer for either one.

Wilder got rid of the man who threw the towel in to end the 2nd fight (even though it could have saved his life). So Im assuming his corner wont throw the towel in no matter what, like Wilder wants.
