I guess this might set a record for the fastest firing and rehiring of a head coach. Certainly make a good fit in Arizona if Kolb is still there next year.

Former Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid has emerged as a candidate to become the Arizona Cardinals' next head coach, according to team and league sources.

One league source said he was "95 percent" certain Reid will wind up coaching the Cardinals, and multiple sources stated that he could agree to accept the job by the end of the week.

Yea, Kobb would be happy unless Vick trails along...

Did you listen to Lurie's press conference on Monday? Sounded as if Lurie was pinning the brutal 2010, 2011 drafts on Reid and he also commented on the erratic decisions made. i.e bring in Vick benching Kolb after having already naming Kolb the starter, making Costeo def coordinator, Costeo's mid-season firing, Washburn hiring, free agent selections...#24, etc.

Reid can't select talent outside of a few offensive positions.

My understanding is Reid went to Lurie with the idea, that wasn't a decision he made himself but you have to admit it made some sense at the time and even made him look like a genius the first full season.
