I do my cooking in cast iron. That particular skillet is an "ERIE" #12 (Griswold/Selden) that was cast between 1892 - 1905. Made in Pennsylvania !
More pics and cooking tables to follow as they happen.

Be sure to pop in at Freddy's Coffee House for breakfast on the weekends. They love to talk about food and cooking stuff there. The titles often just say Coffee and a date when they post it.

Rob - Sounds good to me sir. Chocolate chip is my favorite cookie !
Warm - I'll be sure and do that, and thank you for the invite too.
Fig - Nothing special about that batch of brownies, box mix ! Haha
Just made the wife a 3 egg omelet. Stuffed with imitation crab sauteed in orange sauce, garlic, sriracha Chile garlic sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
I had a few bites too !
Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm
Cooked in my "ERIE" #7 made between 1886-1892. This girl is my daily skillet that I cook 90% of my food in.
Actually, I'm gonna go make another one. Those few bites were not enough !

I made a big batch of pinto beans with Cajun sausage yesterday on the DS Basement stove. Then I boiled a dozen eggs on it today. I reckon I can heat the house with methane and give the stove a break.

That's a solid plan Fig. Dont forget to air the house out before you light the stove back up !
