looking 4 crockpot recipes

- Other Heating: crown oil boiler, backup.if needed
i have a 4 qt. crock pot, cook just for myself. like to do it on saturday/sundays eat some then freeze rest for later(lunch/dinner) eating. Larger crock recipes i can cut down to my size crook. THX in advance

One suitable size beef/deer roast
One 12 oz beer of choice
Two onions sliced thin
2 bay leaves
Sear roast on all sides. Put in crockpot with rest stuff beer included. Done when falls apart. Thickin broth for gravy if wanted.
Also works on coal stove or range

well i can do soups, making a navy bean soup to nite until later Saturday afternoon. Sundays crock pot try will be eggplant parm. Made the egg plant parmigiana before, but in an 8 qt crock. worked and tasted Real good. that was 6 years ago. So experiment and taste. Sure none of what i do will kill me.
