Not many people will eat it. Tastse's real good. was raised on it. Yummy!

But I would nibble at some chicken liver and onions. I remember my grandmother feeding it to me when I was a kid.
I recall it wasn't that bad...I'd probably eat it now.

It’s delicious if done right...not strong, cut it with a fork tender with good liver gravy with onions, mashed tasters and corn and some bread to sop the gravy. Make mine two plates full.
