about 2.5# venison for chili.

No secret recipe, Summer sausage was yummy, took a 1/3 of 5 pound stick to a small xmas family get together. That's All folks!

The same for me today also :D . I've made 4 batches of it this season. I told the wife that someone's going to be eating good this winter :woot: toothy . She wont touch it so that's her loss. I made it on the Alaska in the living room :up: .

I had venison chili last night, venison spaghetti tonight, the jerky I made is almost gone already, and I made it a week ago. Had venison hamburgers several days back, medium well done, of course.

It sounds real good. I had to suffer w/ some real nice back-strap, mashed pots & some corn from neighbors garden last yr. YEP, blanched-- :( :clap: toothy
