We always do a few flats of sour cherries this time of year.
Our local supplier has NONE this year.
Anyone with a lead within a reasonable drive please respond here
or PM me with an address. Have cherry pitter, will travel.

I made cherry bounce last year and had a hard time finding sour cherries. Is it time for them already? I ended up buying sweet cherries from the local store, but this year hopefully I find the sour ones.

I haven't heard much yet, the area around North East, Pa. produces a lot of cherries (normally) last year was real bad & so far this year everything seems to be almost a month behind. I'll ask around & try to find out, not that it's close enough for you but it may give some indication of this years crop.

My supplier's crop was destroyed this spring. They got nothing and
have nowhere to get any locally.

I did not get a single cherry from my tree this year. They told me a late frost during the critical bud set period wiped out most of the cherry fruit for this year in one cold night. Mike
