I was working on my bathroom today and it struck me like a 10 penny nail. I want chicken pot pie! So like any good contractor would, I dropped everything told the mother-in-law I needed something at the store and whallah! Chicken pot pie with a whole wheat lattice crust (personal creation).
And when the wife got back from school (college you freaks) she asked, "how's the bathroom coming, done yet?
"Almost honey."
"What smells so good?"
"Not the paint!"

Did I make the words "chicken pot pie" in a foreign language with the crust?

Very nice, looks delicious! The lattice crust is a nice touch. However...

This being a PA forum, that is NOT chicken pot pie!! Pot pie is a stew, with large square noodles, and is cooked in a pot! :P

Now that being said, I'd gladly stop over for some of that delicious looking chicken pie/casserole!

Let's make it three threads, does anyone remember when Raquel Welch asked Johnny Carson, "would you like to pet my kitty?" :idhitit:

....Ooops, could have been Ann Margaret, like it matters, yeah I know I'd hit that too!
