It's called White House overreach.

Like many ill-conceived Executive Orders in the past, it will fail in the courts because the 100 employee rule is an arbitrary number that has nothing to do with public health. And because there is no proof that having 100, or more, employees presents enough of a clear danger that allows OSHA to enforce it.

Such attempts at overreach have been struck down in the past.

Seems lots of businesses that I go past have a "now hiring" sign out front. And reports are that a lot of companies are desperate for workers. I'd think searching around for a new job with a company that is not jab mandate crazy would be easier to find ?

My son and his wife work from home for the government and still had to be vaccinated. It's affecting people. Feeling beaten and suppressing rage is bad for people. Trudeau wants everyone at every job vaccinated. As Mr. Sky said, "It put this twelve year old in a wheel chair, but don't worry it's safe for your five year old."
