Had a few frustrating attempts over the past 5 days to get more provisions. For the first time ever, last Friday, I placed an online order for a grocery pickup at a local Giant store. Items available online were spotty, put I put in a fairly large order. On checkout, I found that the first available pickup time was 3 days later at night. Went to get it then and the guy brings out a gal. of milk and tiny pack of bologna.

Ordered a few things food related on Amazon. Estimated shipping of 3/31. Got an email today that it now was into May.

Decided to chance a visit to a Redners market today during their early seniors only shopping hour at 6:00 AM. Eight people waiting at the door. Many more pouring in shortly after. About half were in their 30's - 40's. Tried to give everyone space, but many did not. One lady must of backtracked right in my face about 10 times. Staff made no effort at all to maintain any distance from anyone and they easily could have. I saw one person with a mask and I don't have any. The store did have a decent amount of stock, but not a lot of meats. No soap, etc. Deli was open. I even scored 10 rolls of TP, the limit. Hats off to those that are still providing food. Took a big gamble but am now well stocked. I wouldn't do it again.

Its taken a week for walmart to ship my small order but they finally did. its just powdered milk and medicine. They were out of the milk an hour after my order.

Amazon has 10 plants with the virus so have been shutting down some to disinfect. Unsure about Walmart. And all the shippers are having a tough time keeping up.

My state is locked down as of Friday.

Local grocery next to Walmart 10 miles from me is hiring 30 people so they can unload produce 24/7. Totally unheard of, but I believe it's because of the influx of patrons that are spilling over from Walmart.

Fauci just shared that we need to be prepared for this virus to cycle just like the flu. Pence is looking peked and worn out.

My niece in Waterville was one of the first 90 in Maine. She manages an Aroma Joe's coffee shop....She is real young, and I expect a full recovery. But you never know????

Thanks JJ, my brother is holed up on a high hill with thousands of rounds of ammo and at least 5 freezers full of food....I think he is sniping incoming birds to defend the hilltop....He thought he was in a better place then I am, but there are more cases per capita in Maine then Tennessee. We have half the population of Maine right here in the greater Chattanooga area and we have 15 cases....sure to rise.

Good thing is Washington and Aroostook have been spared thus far, but we could be infiltrated. I have my weapons, ammo and food, but nobody has even come on this family farm due to knowing my brother and I. Kudos to your bro.😁

5 freezers of food should hold him out a long time! I like to shoot woodchucks here with a 45/70 when I get bored like that. i dont have to hit them twice

I am also hoping for a fast recovery for your niece.
