I woke up last Sunday morning. paralyzed from the waist down. No warning, no prior limp. no arthritis, catastrophic.

Off to the the ER and a three hour work up. Total prostate blockage of unknown cause and I now I have a Foley tube up my dick for three weeks ... and you think you have problems? I apparently drained 2 gallons of liquid (no, not liters) a hospital record with a lot of blood. I am starting to walk again very very slowly. Lots more info coming when I have it.

Really bummed.

Wow, Simon, when you do something, you sure don't do it in a small way. Sorry to hear about your med problems.

Prayers sent for a full and speedy recovery.

For Christ's Sake,Newbs! This Duth Truly Sucketh And Bloweth!! Since the "Big Drain" is on,and Your Mobility is starting to come back around,We'll run with that for now! I'm sure You are about 6 quarts low on Humor and Decent Feelings right now. Maybe We can help You with that! Maybe You ought to think about moving this,or starting a Sub Thread in Flame Suit Central! FSC has been known to provide some relief through Sub Human Notions,Swearing,And the release of inappropriate Health Situation Ventillations that would blow the lips off of Decent,Caring Folks who've stopped in at this gallery to check in on You! As a run on sentence forming,Practicing Heathen,We're here for You,my Ailing Friend! Please Ponder and Consider the Benefit of these Thoughts!

Ouch, ouch, ouch.....you cant do anything halfway huh? Just run straight to paralysis.....And tubes up dicks........sounds like a commercial I see on tv.....discreet ya know? If you are lucky, they won't bring in any corona virus patients in while you are laid low.....

On a serious note, heal well and get back in here soon. We need the expertise in our discussions....

We need to be grateful of Gods small mercies. You hear of horrible mistakes in hospitals like getting castrated by mistake. Worse still, I might have a half completed 1991 Porsche 944 S2 in my garage. There is always someone worse off than you. I am still busy slaying myself.

I read the first line and thought “my God! Newbie got the flu shot and came down with Guillain-Barré syndrome” After reading further I see the closed prostate and two gallons of fluid drained and think FSB (fatal sperm backup) a condition that commonly afflicts truck drivers and can be treated with the aid of a horizontal highway hostess. At least the dog didn’t start snacking on your face. It sounds serious enough, get well we need you old farts to pick on.

I think he started farming those blue scorpions...
Trying to keep them warm in the barn...
But lost a few during the roundup for milking...
Then some of the escapees found comfort in his much warmer house...
The rest is history...
While dozing off to dreams of a double trailer 50 ton delivery of black rocks...
To keep his growing herd warm enough...
Providing sufficient $$$ to fund his Racing world tour Mustang 2020...
One of those ungrateful Scorpions climbed his trouser leg...
And gave him a good poke...
LOL...
Hope you heal quickly...
