and it gets better. Vancomycin-resistant Enterococci are everywhere. Anything that is powerful enough to kill that opportunistic pathogen will totally screw up your normal gut flora. So through utter stupidity, we now enter an age where most anti infectives are useless. All predictable from WW11.
That 75% is really 100% and whether it is sub clinical is a function of the power of the immune system of the host which they do not know how to measure. Don't get me started.
Vaccinations?

While I was in isolation and my test results came back negative, I was reminded of the movie Andromeda Strain. The crying infant with the dirty diaper, and a drunk, were the only ones in town not killed by the super bug.
Since I don't wear diapers (yet),... I guess those bottles of Jameson's were worth it.

"yet" is the important word, lol We all get there if we live long enough.
I'll take my chances getting the flu shot yearly, my choice. And if they ever develop one for lyme disease, I may not get it the 1st year but would get it the 2nd year. its a miracle I havent caught that yet.

For now I'll stick with the Jamesons "for medicinal purposes" lol:
Worst one was I had to get a small pox vaccination as an adult. When I enlisted they found out I never had the vaccination as a kid. Said go get it done before you get orders to report. My arm hurt and turned red and hot for most of a week.
Not long after, I got to Fort Ord and we got injections shot into our upper arms with those high pressure guns almost every night during our "quarantine" time in the reception center. Some nights there was a guy on each side of the line shooting up both arms. Maybe, between all those early shots, and over the years follow up with preventive doses of Jamesons, is why I rarely get sick ?

So you have to sit down a year before sale and mix the vaccine. As shown it is a mostly useless exercise. So how do we fix kids who have the flu? As usual the coal board gives us a clue. A half spoonful of Jamiesons needs to be given at night. The little phker will still be alive in the morning but you will at least get a nights sleep.
Technically, Sunny has it a little wrong. I think Monkey Shoulder is better given to the kid and parent but he nearly got it right. Certainly better than the CDC effort.

I need to take more than a 1/2 spoonful to get a good nights sleep.....can i go exponential on the dosage??!!coalnewbie wrote: ↑Sat.
