Thanx C. Horses stay in their stalls all day where it's pretty cool & come out at night & graze & sleep out in the pasture. Dogs in & out REAL quick during the day--do a lil wanderin at night on the property. Pond is dry, creek is dry--YEP, it's hot!!!

It is pretty rough out there. 95 the last time I checked, and humid. I just bought the chickens out some cold water, and put a trickle of water in the pool to keep up with what is evaporating.

It is 74 on the first floor of my house right now, feels pretty nice.

We got up 98-99F the shade this afternoon and about then I heard my neighbor start up his weedwacker. :o

At least his wife and kids were smart enough to be in the pool with their two dogs.

Big thunder storm just rolled through and it's dropped down to 74F outside. As I'm writing this I can hear round two of the storm coming from over by Fred's hill way. Time to get back under the bed. :o

Hot an muggy this far south of course. Working out in it is keeping me in shape or killing me......gotta buy stock in Gatoraid. Garden variety storms everyday, some put up a fight. Hit and miss...Makes it all the sweeter being on the water.....

We finally broke out of the 90's here. Today's high will only be 85.

But not to worry, as by roughly the year 2040 we should be in the early stages of a period of extremely cold global climate, much like the brutal Maunder Minimum period of 1645 to 1715.

Dense fog warning on "The Cape"...
high of 82*...
Life is good...
But the White sharks were spotted near the beach...
So everybody needed to get out of the water...
