Sounds like somebody forgot about the movie "Soylent Green" ! What's for dinner tonight? -Answer-Edward G. Robinson !! toothy

C'mon,I mean for cryin' outloud,You can't take away the reason to trust the American Medical Complex ! This has been debated ever since Dr. Jonas Salk hatched the Polio Immunization....

Come to think of it,out of All the Good People You know, when the Hell was the last time anyone, anywhere in Our Country was diagnosed with Polio ?

In the end, make Your own call with Confidence, and stand by it. You have to decide for Yourself. It's when You have to decide for Your Newborn Little Loved Ones that it truly becomes a Bitch ! :bang: :gee:

Good Luck, and God 'Luv 'Ya !

Now I know why he is smart enough to be a moderator.

If you are unlucky enough to get the flu, run along to the doctor and he will give you an antibiotic that you don't need that further compromises your immune system for life and your gut flora will never be the same. Once you have made your system immune to the benefits of every anti infective thanks to over prescribing over 50 years, you can get pneumonia and end up in the hospital. There they can't get anything to touch the infection and probably even give you a super infection such as methacillin resistant staph that makes you sicker or kills you. When in the pine box all laid out your relatives kiss you and get the infection to pass on.

Aint it grand. Monkeys playing with mainframes.

Oh God W&C now I am on my soapbox, it's early and I am bored. I could tell you the best medication to take but nobody would listen anyway and this is a coal board.

Roll up, roll up, flu shots for free ... get them right here. Be safe for life and afterwards I will give you a free lollipop. hahahahahhahaha etc.
And I have experienced some of this (particularly the antibiotics and side effects)and I have not gotten the flu shot in years....since I promptly got the flu etc. after having a free shot. My wife had her arm lock up at the shoulder joint and had to undergo PT....they denied her claim and said it was psychosomatic....??? She is forced to get one working in a hospital even if she is an accountant.

Never again for me. Just had a friend return to playing basketball after 3 weeks out...got the shot and put him out the next day.

Kevin

Melissa is an RN working in the nursing home field. She's required to get a flu shot every year. If she refuses she'd be fired.

I've never had a flu shot...... or any shots since Basic Training induction 45 years ago. Last time I had the flu was 25 years ago.

She's had the flu several times in the 16 years we've been together, and I've been the one taking care of her then.

Go figure ?

Paul

Anyone working in the medical profession is required to get the shot, you can avoid it on the basis of religion if you really don't want to get it.
