Welcome to "The Show",Bill......
Seems that no matter what You and Your Family do,it feels to be either not enough, not right, or the ever insane:"Did We do the right thing,and/or enough?".
Rest assured from some old barf who's been in Your shoes a time or two, that You and Yours have performed admirably. I mean right on the money.
I apologise for having missed the start of this in February. I don't know how,but I'm glad I caught it now.
We'll stand with You.....

Things for trip to mom this morning were put on hold.... rain/ice/snow squalls blew in early this morning before I got up(630AM). 1. Powers out, 2 coal boilers running, 3 no one kknows how to tend to any when I was gone. So I said will wait for power back on and use window heat-a-lators to be sure zones worked frequently to keep boiler from any possible over temps.Generators now been on since when I woke up, and its still running and powering me as I type. Really, really hope its back on by morning... coal boiler I can short load and turn down aquastat, and hit road... to mom!! got to check fuel in generator in a few to be sure its topped for all night run. Anyone else get power outages over night in northeast area?
