Was seeing the smoke in the northern part of the western basin of Lake Erie last week… and it has made it all the way to Dayton, OH and further south…the haze I mean.

Smokey in Schuylkill county today and just as smokey in Philly. Heard third handed that its hazy from the smoke in North Carolina too but I'm not going to drive there to verify that.

Easy to imagine. We would all be living in Maine or other countries.

We don’t have the bitter taste in the air today. It’s not as hazy but odor is still prevalent. Hopefully we get some rain soon, maybe that will warsh it out.

Same here. Rain in the night seems to have pushed the winds further west and washed our air of smoke.

These whackos will pounce on any opportunity to push the agenda. Local news weatherman just explained in the 100 year records we have experienced this a couple times. At one point he explained a journal entry from mid 1800’s candlelight was needed at noon from the smoke. It’s a rarity, but to say unprecedented is hogwash.
