Anyone out there familiar with the Vicon square balers? Specifically an SP 461. Not much for reviews on google either but from what little there is things seem positive....

NMC, If you want to get one be sure parts are available. Vicon was bought by ''big orange'' a while back.
Dave
ps. if you need a small square baler be sure to see it work before the cash comes out.
Even the ''big two'' have stopped making some parts for the older machines.

yeah, that's one of the things I'm trying to figure out. From what I can tell so far it's an IH underneath with deering knotters
I know the part number on the needles of the Vicon cross back to the same needles on an IH 425...
and yes, I will be haying with it before buying it
