Hmmmm, I bought a flag and put it up on Sat. The neighbor has a boy in the Marines and has a flag pole....I intend for one also. But I did notice FF that many houses in the neighborhood were absent any flags..... But there is a great deal of Patriotism here in Chattanooga.

Nice C. Our kids did it in the Marathon cemetery when in elementary school. Teacher took the whole class & discussed what Memorial Day means. I hear ya Kevin--just don't take much to get one of those small flags & stick it in your yard. Just getting old & grumpy I guess.

+1 Smitty, the country folk seem to have the longest memories.....I think there are so many community events here both in the city and in the small towns that people don't have to deck it all out unless it is personal to them......then it is personal of course. :cry:
