Russia exports $5.8 billion of raw unprocessed wheat per the
World Grain Council. I doubt that export much finished products
of grain products except maybe to neighboring countries. All of
Russia's wheat is NON GMO because in Russia no GMO products
are permitted .....

I agree with the last 3 comments above BB's post. Buying local produce or making your own is a win win but does cost more often. I look for the WIC stamp at the grocery stores, especially on bread. Thats a stamp given to food that is healthy for pregnant ladies and young children. Its a govt thing similar to welfare but irregardless if it has that stamp it is the healthiest brand of its type in the store. I also buy some organic stuff but am not 100% or even close to it. Im a wheat lover, and there seems to be an easy to find supply of organic wheat items. i know some of that is from Italy.
