China ahead of schedule on renewable energy.... Reached 50.9%...

https://www.statista.com/statistics/279504/cumula ... 0gigawatts.

https://www.reuters.com/business/energy/chinas-in ... 0by%202025.

Now to complete the job and get to the highest number possible ~95% or more..

And do it a lower cost...Fossil fuel cannot compete with renewables..

From the Reuters article
Coal accounted for 56.2% of total energy consumption last year, versus 25.9% from renewables which includes nuclear energy, the NBS data showed.
I guess they buried the lead.🤔

Had an opportunity to speak with a gentlemen who sits on the house energy committee in DC. The “estimate” is 9% of generation is on renewables in the United States. Around 5% of that is renewable “natural gas”…. Landfills, manure pits and city sewage treatment facilities capture low pressure methane and compress it into pipelines.

So that leaves 4% to sun wind and hydro. I can’t quote the percentage but it’s about 3% hydro.

We need more variety in the market but to say it’s gotta be all this or all that is a jackass statement asking for weakness.

Looks like my local Ford dealer's lot. kek

Look, Emperor says you make more cars, you make more cars.

In USA, CEO says make more cars, you make more cars.

Difference is in USA gov't will bail you out; in China, Emperor cuts someone's head off.

Just saw a report that for a man to physically do the work in 1 barrel of oil you would have to pay him $138,000.00 at Min wage. It would also take more than 8 years.

A child born today will use 250000 lb of coal in their lifetime. 40 to 80,000 gallons of gasoline not counting the Diesel and Nat gas fertilizer used to provide a lifetime of food.

280K lbs of coal ? That guy should insulate his house better.

I've done my part, eliminating the need for hair products ! And I have not shot anything up into space so everything I have used is still here in one form or another.

I think they are referring the amount of coal to make steel and electricity divided by each person in America.
