Earth has less than 2.5% fresh water.

It hasn't happened it's been here since day one.

All rivers only have .006% of all fresh water and ice caps glaciers and permanent

snow only have 1.74% of all fresh water, which is the largest fraction.

Fresh and clean water is the #1 needed commodity for human, plant and animal life, until I see the supposed green politicians working to help China, India, Africa and many more achieve that primary goal-then I have no time for their self righteous bulloney about 'caring about people and the environment'. Kill the babies to save the trees? Yup, it's that blatant.

Survival of the fittest (at the cost of the unfit, but we don't really give a hoot about them, just OUR side of the world).

Fresh water is a real concern, always, and yes we do live on a planet that is mostly water, and there is enough fresh to go around...but bad logistics because of bad politics because of bad people...
