This man has done what many of us would not take on.
He climbed a 300' tower at 50 yrs old after putting up all the ladders.
There are over 100 videos of his adventures in steeple jacking, steam engines,
his vacation on his steam roller with the family, digging a mining shaft at his
house, felling old chimneys without dynamite all by hand, and too many more
to list.
There are many more and I'm hooked on seeing them all.
Even his funeral with his body being carried on "Alison" his beloved
steam roller.

I've been watching the BBC, Fred Dibnah shows on Youtube for many years. I originally started watching them so I could learn more about steam engines. Then I was completely fascinated by how Fred worked up on top of a 300 foot tall chimney. Amazing stuff!
If I remember correctly, the BBC started this in 1982. Sadly, Fred passed away in 2003 but just before that he did a great series of shows driving his steam traction engine to all the old industrial centers of England.
