I just bought a $35 Chromecast Audio and a new low end Chromebook Asus C302 that is supposed to do something special (my birthday present). Linked to my laughably inadequate amp/speaker system. Streaming is from Tidal, Master recordings on a trial basis. What do I have?

I like the tinny sound from my 1920's horn and I aint changing!

I did not listen to the whole video as it was kinda techy, but I prefer about anything to digital sound as digital is hard for me to understand. Analog isnt. I often convert sound to analog on my flatscreen tv via a transmitter.

If I understood the part of the video I watched, it is analog sound you are hearing, correct? Or very similar? It sounded familiar to the format pirate'd online years ago and still, but I cant remember that formats name. They were live concert bootlegs mostly.
