what can I down load to better the sound and quality on my laptop and how to get me external comp. speakers to work ,thanx in advance.

Assuming you have Windows (basic directions apply to any Windows version)right click the volume control, click playback devices. Click the one with green check mark and then select the properties button. You can change audio controls for it here, pay particular attention to the enhancements tab if you have one.

Generally speaking laptop speakers are just bad, not a whole lot you are going to do. I know my monitor speakers which are just as bad, they were really low volume and there was setting on the enhancements tab causing it.

To plug in your external speakers there will one or more jacks on the side of the computer to plug them in. It may just be a headphone jack but you can use that.

Need to know: have bluetooth capabilities ... OS of laptop ...
