I just had contacted RIE that used to be Direnzo breaker. I only inquired about Nut, but it's currently $260/ton. For more than a pickup load (like 3-5 tons) they advised to call or email ahead of time. They sometimes concentrate on making one size at any time. They can give ash figure on the day you get there.
I didn't ask, but I would guess that at least part of the blend is coal from their RS&W deep mine over on 901.
