Doesn't look like TS is running their annual BF coal sale this year.

My local TS currently has 8 ton of nut on hand. I pre ordered 5 last summer, then picked up another one in October. There was no pre order discount like they have for wood pellets and had for coal in past years. Seems to be a lot better this year, a LOT less fines and overall good consistent size. The ash has a reddish color too. Coming from a different mine perhaps?

.... and the price is 3 dollars higher per bag than last year.
Not sure but it may be market driven and it could be related to the the war in Ukraine... but again not sure. My brother in law runs a very old coal fired, steam driven ferry in Goteborg Sweden. The only coal available now over there is brown lignite and he's not a big fan.
I have some Kimmels in my pile and it has similar characteristics to what you describe. Nice chunks, very little fines and tends to produce some red ash... bleeds red through the bags too. I'm going to burn up what I have. (have plenty) I'll keep an eye on CL and FB marketplace as usual though.
