My friend from Connecticut has a DS wood boiler that he was going to try to throw some nut in to help. (anyone with experience/warnings about this, please advise!)

What suppliers are you guys using? He specifically wants bagged and I've only dealt with bulk, far as I know blaschak, reading and lehigh do bagged but they're the ones who are pretty expensive. Does Jeddo do anything like that? My friend is driving down to central PA for T-giving so figured he would bring the trailer and get some. Any ideas?

Does the boiler have shaker grates? If not, I think the nut size anthracite will be a frustrating experience.
