Hard to say.
Paid $287 a ton for my coal delivery two weeks ago but told the next one would be close to 400 a ton.

Note that the poll allows you to change your choice, if you have multiple purchases you can change it to the average in the future.

$400 is what I'm seeing for prices, but since I haven't bought any yet I won't answer the poll yet.

My regular supplier, who had been at $238 per ton (rice) delivered for years has just let me know the price has jumped to $450 per ton delivered. Ouch.

I paid $349 a ton for bagged Lehigh nut yesterday from New Milford Hardware, with a $40 delivery fee. I purchased 3 ton, and they unloaded the pallets with a forklift and put them exactly where I asked them to. Very nice people to deal with.

Second hand information but I hear Superior Preparation is at $200 per ton. That would be a $30 per ton increase. Not too terrible all things considered.

Have not burned any yet.
Got Sherman rice and it's got a lot of fines in it.
Got Superior Buck (they were out of rice) and it looks decent still has fines.

I have been burning Blaschak coal since 2017 and I must say it is the cleanest rice coal I have ever burned. At $350 a ton vs 200 will i continue to use it? Depends on what the delivered price from the $200 source is. I have burned Superior and Sherman in the past and they were decent. one time i got some bad rice coal from Superior and then went to UAE for a few yrs since i liked to be loaded with a bobcat vs get my little toyota pickup swallowed up in mud or ice lol.

I'm in CT and looking for bagged Rice coal. I am seeing prices from $430/Ton/Bagged To > $500/Ton/Bagged. I called Blaschak and Lehigh and they are more expensive than the distributors. Anyone have any good leads in CT area that are closer to 300/Ton/Bagged?

I'm in CT. My local Blashack dealer died last winter and he was just over $300 a ton before the lunacy hit. Where are you in CT?
