I'm not in NY and I believe that your HO usually runs a good bit higher. In my local area, everyone was gouging a dollar or more over wholesale for some time. Now dropping. The Commodities market for Aug. contracts dropped a whole lot today on HO, then came back some this evening. Currently at $3.67/gal. I got a fill up for $4.50/gal several days ago. Same place now lists $4.30 online. Heard of one place at $4.18/gal. Some are still $5.15-$5.50 but their jig will soon be up.
