Looking for a place to get some good quality rice at a decent price in the Scranton area, I'm just over the boarder in NY. I've been going to Cassy Kassa for years and thier quality has always been less than great but this last couple of ton I picked up from them was absolutely horrible. Thankfully it was spring time and not below zero or I would of needed to fire up the oil, the coal didn't put off hardly any heat.

Agel in Scranton has had good coal for the last few years. I’ve been getting my rice delivered from there. No idea on price right now from what I’ve been hearing.
