DiRenzo coal

Anyone know about or use Direnzo coal from pottsville pa just wandering how rice coal quality is? Replies would be appreciated

- Coal Size/Type: BLASCHAK Nut
Haven't heard anything really bad about it.

- Stoker Coal Boiler: Gentleman Janitor GJ-5, Van Wert VA-600, Axeman Anderson130 X3.
- Hand Fed Coal Furnace: Harman SF3500 reduced down to 3 grates connected to its own plenum
- Coal Size/Type: Rice, Chestnut and whatever will fit through the door on the Harman
- Other Heating: Noth'in but COAL! Well, Maybe a little tiny bit of wood
I was up there and got Buckwheat size. Great people to deal with, easy to get in and get out once loaded. Sizing and clean wise it was very good coal. I would expect the same from there Rice.
I shot some video while I was there. There was a miner there picking up 3 ton of rice for his EFM. If the miners go there, you know its good, and a good deal!

Went there Friday Nov 5 2021. First time buying bulk. Have bagged Blaschack says nut on the bag but as I heard another user state is more like shale and mine is really more pea sized with some nut mixed in.
At any rate the DiRenzo guys were very friendly and easy to work with. Coal is nut sized and seems to be burning much better than the bagged Blaschack.
