Has not changed...Reading...and nut looks more like 'range' coal as for sizing.

I got 12 bags last time with their 2 for $10. I'll get 12 more tomorrow at 2 for $12, which is still less than the $6.50/bag I usually pay at BTE in Suffield CT.

Local TS in Butler PA has been great keeping 2 pallets of nut right inside front door with carts. They did have a short sale 2 for $12 but never went to 2 for $10. I buy 8 bags at a time for 8 days heat and cutting tops off bags as soon as in the house eliminates popping from wash water. Also like the slightly larger size in a parlor type stove. Burning coal has been a good experience this year and having a steady local supply is part of it.

Morning Bubba...I guess the short of it is keep a close eye on their flyer and maybe sign up for notifications.

Here they had three sales during the Christmas period. The first one was 2 - $10. ($5. / 40# bag) and there was no limit.
Then they had a 2 - $12 sale during Christmas week and on the Friday before Christmas they were offering 15% off store wide on all purchases which brought it down to $5.10 /40# bag.
Then just after Christmas for a few days they offered another 2 - $12 sale and if you were a TSC Friends and Neighbors member they offered a %15 coupon on purchases up to $100.

Guess it's time to sign up for Friends and Neighbors. There are 2 other dealers in the area slightly farther away and couple quarters a bag more. Despite any grumblings about TC coal my experience is favorable. $6.49@ x 30 = $194.70 for a month's worth of radiant heat is a good deal. IMHO.
Thanks
