I'm looking to purchase some smaller quantities of lignite with iron content (burns to a red ash) for scientific purposes. Was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a possible seller.
Thanks!

There was a company (or group of companies) called The Andersons who were selling a lignite product as a soil amendment but that is all I can tell you. I came across that info at a Turf-Trade seminar a couple years ago.
