What Q said. i dont think you'll find any bulk unless its in someones basement from years ago. Try your local TSC stores first. Its $6.29/40 pounds "IF" any is there.

I looked at a Lowes ad a couple of days ago and even though there is none at the Lowes in Sioux City, they do list it for sale on their website. No price there, but if you talked to a Lowes manager you might be able to find out if it's possible to get some sent into the store. That's what I had to do at the TSC in Vermillion, SD this fall. They were happy to order what I wanted, but I don't think it's going to be a big stocking item for them.
