I am looking for leads on quality bagged rice coal at a reasonable price in the Binghamton and surrounding area. I am looking to get 3-4 tons. I used Warners in Candor last year and was pleased, but wanted to weigh all the options. Does anyone go to Scranton and get is from a breaker? Do Breakers bag?
