They charged 110 for 5 1.2 's a little east of Hartford in 2013. They can handle 6 and make a effort to leave the store with 6. You being further hits you maybe another 30 or so.......they said its best to do a max load that mins their mileage and worker costs. They are reliable and on time so there is something to say about that.JohnB wrote:BT quoted me a $150 delivery charge for 3 pallets (1.2 tons each) of Blaschak last year so even at $280 a ton their price is higher then I'm going to pay for coal. Thanks to Tractor Supplies Kimmel pricing last Fall I'm good for next Winter. If they do it again this Fall I'll grab some more.
Its easy to want to get a cheaper price though coal gives me the mid 70's bare feet that only oil can do burning another 40% a year. Then when its in the minuses the burner is on 60-70 % of the time which means we gotta clean it more often .
