Hello to all.
Old member here, that now has a way to post again.
New user name same guy.
Wondering if cameron's in Fowlerville still sells coal.
The ## for Scott is no longer in service.
I'm buying from nobles in Livonia, bulk nut for the chubby.
Picking up new stove, Channing III.
Need a near by rice and nut connection!

I get all my coal from Ken Warner @ KW Feeds in Farwell, MI. Just to the west of Clare. Even though I live in the Upper Peninsula, Ken is a great gent to work with, and it's cost effective for me to drive to Farwell & back to Escanaba with several skids of coal as opposed to buying it up here. He can likely get you whatever you want, particularly if you want a couple of skids of coal.

hey Dennis
yes ken and his business K&W Feeds in Farewell are top notch.
best price and quality nut and rice coal.
went to see him Saturday bought a Channing III Alaska stoker.
completely rebuilt by ken.
took out the cubby hand fired nut stove and installed the Channing.
she is running us out of the house
everything we needed including a ton of reading rice
one stop shopping at a huge savings
his Knowledge made the new stove easy to adjust to.
did everything just as he showed us and had no issues at all
hats off and 5 stars to Ken....

You have Ken pegged correctly. He is one nice guy, hard working as the day is long, and always goes out of his way to just make coal purchases and related products a good experience rather than a chore. His son is a good young fellow, as was his "adopted" son from Germany, when he was there as an exchange student. I'm looking forward to my next coal run to pick up 3-4 skids this spring or early summer. :D

To anybody that lives in Northern Michigan, I found a hardware store in Atwood that sells bagged coal. I bought from him this year. It was great doing business with him. He is friendly and great to work with.
