Do all breakers sell bagged?

For example, if I drove to a breaker do I need a bulk trailer or can I have pallets loaded into the back of a truck or van?

No, not all. Best to call or specify here which one(s) you would be interested in.
Certain breakers will allow you to fill bags yourself, again, check ahead. :)
Bagging yourself is bulk price...pre-bagged = Not Bulk
You must pay for added value. ;)

Very few breakers sell bagged/palletized coal. Availability of bulk is much better.

The only bagged brands that I've seen is Reading and Blaschak, is that all?

There's Kimmel's too - 50lb. woven plastic bags that disintegrate when exposed to UV for a VERY short time ...

CSM in 3 Rivers Mass, bag their own in Plastic/Burlap bags...I'd imagine much like what Smitty refers to.
