Rice coal. About a ton or ton n half to Lebanon pa

I hate living in Lebanon and paying $300 a ton bagged being so close to coal region. Bags r so convienient for us though. Their coal is good stuff though. Anyone know what kind it is? Found a place in Lancaster $5 a bag but it's reading
