Only place I could find pea coal locally was the folks listed above in centerville. Very helpful and I can say a friendly helpful couple running a small businesses.

Couple of calls, J+L when I asked for an update on my order of Pea were kinda droll and didn't really respond. They remarked they were considering getting out of the business. Portville was 250 Bulk on OILED rice and buckwheat coal. Alexander outfit is priced up to $260 bulk though an added and a rather expensive delivery charge.

J+L Coal in Machias is no more, they have retired. Wonder if the Tractor Supply deal nearby drove them out.

Weavers at Route 8 and I 90 across from Wendy's and Country Fair in Erie County, Pennsylvania, carry bagged nut coal and bagged rice coal.
