Hudson quoted me $170/ton pick up. That sounds pretty good. Not sure how much I can haul in my car hauler trailer. Its an old 12' Uhaul - it needs a bottom & sides.
Sometimes it isn't worth the hassle without the proper equipment.
PADOT is writing tickets like crazy lately, an overloaded trailer will defiantly draw their attention.

You might find local dealers in the area that would be worth your while. They are not really that far from PA. You might want to create a our post to Coal in Central NY Southern Tier. Just a thought.

It seems that there still isn't a reasonable alternative for central ME. I am in Etna... my local choices are Dysarts @ $354/ton or Aubuchon @ $385/ton. Both pick-up.
I wish us Maine-coal-burners could come up with some other co-op type solution...

Gee guys... that order you made for a few rail cars of coal... got sidetracked, literally!! Don't worry we pennsytuckians will clean it up and take a few months testing it to be sure it wasn't damaged. Might take till spring, but we will let you know if it was bad. toothy
