Those are great pics. Thanks for posting them. I never thought to take any pics after all the years I did business there. Wonderful reminder of a bygone era when coal was in great demand.
They are putting in a new road that used to be where the R/R tracks were, that runs in back of the towers. It goes well beyond his property but to far to see where it goes at a glance.

Awesome pictures, sad another era is gone.

Although not in the NL area but not that long of a trip up 95 to Rhode Island has Cranston Coal which still sells Loose.

I buy bulk from Andross Hardware in Charlestown, RI. They have loose and bagged. I get it delivered for $40 and pick up with my truck too.

Cranston coal is now $297 per ton plus delivery. He is now dealing with Centralia.

Why don't you Order direct from Pennsylvania? I know of places that wil deliver from 10 ton and up, if your interested let me know!
