Ryan, I have been burning South Tamaqua Coal for 3 years now and no problems. Can I ask what problems you are seeing? I unfortunately do not have a source for you. Thanks

I think the short timer cycles are contributing to the amount of unburned coal you find in the ash. Changing to the timer to run once per hour for a longer duration might help, but if you get outfires you may have to go back to twice per hour.
