Sherman coal is a small operation. They do not have a secretary. If you leave a message and they don't get back to you in a couple of days, try again.
They are people just like you and I. Sometimes when you are up to you backside in allegator's, you forget that the goal was to drain the swamp.

I burned about 8 tons this year of their coal and it burned fine. Got another 16 tons sitting in the yard.
I was told by Tim (the manager) that they blend their coal from different sources. Their screens run a little big. I had to mix a little rice in with my buckwheat for my keystoker to idle good. My AA ate up the coal just fine.
Ash didn't seem out of the ordinary.
