Millcreek Coal (aka Country Meadows Coal) is a good choice.
2285 Old Philadelphia Pike
Lancaster, PA 17602

I believe they carry Superior Coal, and a few other types.

If your friend is at all on the south side of Lancaster, there are two good choice:

1) Ben Reese (Quarryville): 717 786-9730
2) Hillside Acres Stove Outlet (Hitzer and DS Machine), sell bagged Blaschak only: 717 806-0188

I've done business with all three of these over the years, and all good to work with.

Also, there is a Mellinger's coal yard in Willow Street: 717 464-3822
(I know of this only because "Buck" posted it last year.)

I've had good luck with Jay Clair Sensenig from Denver, PA.
Usually delivers South Tamaqua Coal, Pricing is reasonable.
