I got a load of bit from Joe a month or so ago. As far as I know he's still in business. There's also a pool and fireplace store on Corridor H outside of Buckhannon that sells bagged coal. Considerably more expensive than Joe Sheets last time I checked, but another option. 304.472.9242

It would be best to call them and make sure, because I've never bought any from the pool place, and only indirectly from Joe--I bought 60 bags from a guy who got it from Joe. It was Kimmel's, which I've been real pleased with. I believe Joe also sells Reading. I seem to remember the pool place advertising Blaschak. FWIW ;)

Rich Farms (off of Route 857 in Smithfield, Pa.) currently sells bagged Reading anthracite for $275 a ton or $7.50 for a 50 pound bag. I just called the Mon Do It Center on the Grafton Road today and they sell Blaschak anthracite for $250 a ton or $5.50 a 40 pound bag.
