Southern Maine Coal Prices for today

Rice Coal Bagged - Kimmel - Paris Farmers Union $327.60 a ton - $20 a ton delivered
Rice Coal bagged - Blashak - Aubuchon $356 a ton - no delivery option

How much do you guys use? A few could get together and have it drop shipped for about 260 ish. 22 ton TT loads

Kootch, that's just wrong! :mad: It ranges from $249 to $265 in my neck of the woods.

Aubuchons in Skowhegan was 425/ton last week. No kiss, no backrub, nothing but OUCH! No wonder folks are looking away from coal in some spots.

GREAT news tomorrow, Bob! Studded tires are legal again, Oct 1st!
Ray is still picking tomatoes south of here and you are changing the oil in the Bombardier!
Stoker Scott is working on a steam powered ice boat, so since you are the first place to freeze-up....
guess who's comin' to dinner?! He likes those ant-dust grits, so save some fines for him, please. :lol: :shock: :oops: :idea: :roll:

At $260 I would order 4 ton if it was bagged.

6 ton of pea coal from whitmer fuels in sunbury pa @ 180 a ton delivered.

It is transportation costs that drive the market price.....can't stop that cost. Still beats $3.00 oil or propane or NG.

Place near me has an Oct. sale on now $247.50 a ton bagged Blaschak picked up. Looks like I`ll be grabbing two skids, don`t think it will be any cheaper around here. N.W. Pa.

Not really southern ct, but btpellet in Bristol has Blaschak for $265/ton picked up.
